Ashley Smith is a third generation Realtor® and dual-state real estate professional, licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. This allows her to seamlessly assist clients on both sides of the Savannah River. Being raised in the area, Ashley offers unparalleled insight into the local market, which is knowledge that helps her clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.

Known for her warm personality, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail, Ashley has built a reputation for delivering an exceptional real estate experience. She is well versed in new construction and luxury homes, and she is equally passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers as they take one of the biggest steps of their lives. 

As any agent knows, free time in real estate is rare, but when Ashley does find a moment to unwind, she makes the most of it. She lives in Martinez with her husband, their son who is currently in college, and their two adorable Shih Tzus. She enjoys traveling, fine dining, kayaking, fishing, and a good shopping trip. Ashley also believes strongly in giving back. She serves on a committee at The Pinnacle Club and proudly supports Helms College; organizations that allow her to stay involved in her community.
